Manifest ("the Service") is a web-based operations platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service includes buyer and seller workflow guides, an AI-powered email generation studio, a market data updater, a transaction log, and a contact directory.
Manifest is operated by an individual real estate professional based in Alabama. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Access to Manifest requires a paid subscription at the current rate of $29.00 per month. This rate is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis on the date you originally subscribed. Payment is charged to the payment method you provide at the time of subscription. You authorize Manifest to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access through the end of that billing period and will not receive a refund for unused days.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a verifiable technical failure that prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period — refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion. Contact us at ben@harwoodrealestate.com to discuss.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Manifest, including transaction records, contact information, and any content you create using the Service. Manifest does not claim any ownership rights over your data.
By using the Service, you grant Manifest a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license does not extend to selling your data, sharing it with third-party advertisers, or using it to build competing products.
Upon cancellation of your account, you may request a copy of your data. We will retain your data for a period of 90 days after account cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted from our systems.

The Manifest platform, including its design, workflow structure, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Manifest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI-generated email content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before sending. Manifest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for all communications you send using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manifest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Manifest in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alabama.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
